Foresight Friday: Do the Next Right Thing
Divination Method: Good Omens Tarot
Card Drawn: Page of Angels, Reversed
Key Words: Self-Concious, Fearful, Uninspired, Hesitant
My Foresight Friday Interpretation:
It's Friday!!! A lot of peeps will be celebrating Easter this Sunday, but (hopefully) even more will be joining in more nationwide protests this Saturday.
The world may be on fire, but the card are here to help us navigate through the madness. Let's see what they say this week...
I'm sticking with the Good Omens tarot, and after another clumsy shuffle, the card that has presented itself to us is: The Page of Angels, in the reversed position.
Depicted on this card is the delightfully meek Murial. They're one of the few Angels we encounter that doesn't seem to have an agenda; nor are they trying to clammer over the others in pursuit of a higher rank.
In the reversed position, this card amplifies that sense of timidity.
We're feeling anxious and fearful and are currently at a loss for ideas.
We know that action needs to be taken, but we're feeling apprehensive and self-concious... and we're kind of at a loss as to what it is we should do.
There's a lot happening, and most of it is important (like, really, really important). We don't want to fuck things up further by "getting things wrong".
So how do we get past this gut wrenching anxiety? One step at a time.
We can't all do everything, but we can all do something.
This week we're going to channel our inner Anna (from Frozen 2) and just do the next right thing.
That will look different for each of us, and may not be easy, but it's doable.
"...a tiny voice whispers in my mind
"You are lost, hope is gone
But you must go on
And do the next right thing"
Until Next Time, Pixilators!
Wishing You Peace, Love, & Pixie Dust
