My Foresight Friday Interpretation: 

Hi, friends. It's been a messed up news week. It's also been stupid cold here. Honestly, my sleep's been a bit messed up too, sooo forgive me if I skip the small talk and just get straight to the reading this week. 

I'm sticking with the Supernatural Tarot, and the deck didn't wait to shoot out it's message. 

The card that popped out of the deck this week is The Wheel of Fortune. 

Depicted on this card is the infamous Rabbit's Foot. It showers the bearer with immense good fortune, until they no longer possess it. That's when things go south just as rapidly as they rose.

This card is all about cycles, a change of one's luck and/or circumstances, and twists of Fate. 

One could also read this as a card of "What goes around comes around."

The wheels of change are set in motion. I mean, it's not like we haven't known that for a while... but, the reality of it is setting in. 

So, is the Wheel going to bring us luck...or will it crush us as it rolls by?

I'm honestly not sure. I'm feeling the weight of our impending inauguration this week... but I also feel like things aren't necessarily going to go down the way we expect. 

This verse from Bob Dylan's "The Times They Are A-Changin" keeps running through my head:

Come writers and critics

Who prophesize with your pen

And keep your eyes wide

The chance won't come again

And don't speak too soon

For the wheel's still in spin

And there's no tellin' who

That it's namin'

For the loser now

Will be later to win

For the times they are a-changin'

Take that how you will. 

Either way, the changes that are coming will have an impact on us all.
