My Foresight Friday Interpretation: 

Happy Friday, Friends! It's been a busy week here in Pixieland. My Thanksgiving holiday was a success. The hubs and I had a great time with my mother-in-law and a few of our close friends. 

I've been spending the week eating leftover turkey and pumpkin pie, working, and packing for a trip I'll be taking in a few days. 

So, let's get to the task at hand...

The Wild Unknown Tarot is still my deck of choice, and after shuffling for a bit, the card that has presented itself to us is The High Priestess in the reversed position. 

If I didn't already know that this time of year was one meant for going inward, self-reflection, and self-care, these last several readings would have driven that message home. 

Depicted on the The High Priestess is a poised, strong, and wise Tigress. She lounges with an orb between her paws and a crescent moon high in the sky above her. She has a very keen eye and even keener instincts as she surveys the scene before her, taking in every detail.

This card being reversed indicates a period of clouded judgment, confusion, and ignoring our intuition. 

We've experienced so much upheaval recently that we're feeling "off".

As a result, we're ignoring our intuition and neglecting our own needs.

This is our reminder to tasks time to do whatever it is that we need to take care of ourselves and clear the cobwebs from our mind. 

If we continue ignoring our intuition and our needs we're likely to implode...and, well, that's just going to make things messier. 

There are multitudes of opinions surrounding us. They are muddying the waters of our minds and distracting us from the voice of our own instincts. 

While we may long for the approval of others, agreeing with them when it goes against our gut is unwise.

This is a time in which we must block out outside influences and listen to our inner wisdom. 

We already possess the answers and wisdom we seek. We need only take the time to listen to and trust inner voice. 

Ok, folks, I'm taking next week off because I'll be visiting my bestest friend in all the land for his birthday! I'm also taking this card as a sign that I need to take the week to chill the fuck out.
