My Foresight Friday Interpretation: 

I'm Baaaack! Happy Friday, Friends! I hope you all had a fantastic Solstice/Yule/Xmas! 

My week down south with my bestie was fantabulous, but HOO BOY did I have some catching up to do once I got back home. Somehow, I managed to get everything (well, almost) done. 

Let's see what the cards have to say as we finish out 2024...

I'm using The Wild Unknown Tarot, and I think it was giving me attitude for taking 2 weeks off because the shuffle took FOR-EV-ERRRRR!!

Eventually, the card that presented itself to us is the 5 of Cups, Reversed. 

Depicted on the The 5 of Cups is is a dejected looking horse, sorrowfully hanging it's head towards the darkness. 

Upright, this card would indicate a period of grief and disappointment. In the reversed position, it is an indication that is time to move forward. 

We've had a rough couple of months but it is no longer time to wallow in our feelings. Things haven't gone as we'd hoped, but stewing about it is not going to make things any better. 

It's time for us to let go of the feelings of resentment so that we may heal.

Carrying around all of the hurt and answer is weighing us down and getting us stuck in the mire. 

As we had into a new year, we need to leave the heaviness behind as we journey forward into 2025.

We don't have to forget that we were hurt, but we no longer need to carry the pain. 

There's still struggles ahead of us... trying to get through them while carrying excess baggage would be a waste of energy (and would likely result in us getting our asses kicked in the airport of life).

It's easier to overcome obstacles when one is unencumbered.

So, leave the baggage behind as we enter 2025. All we need to get through it are our wits and each other.
