My Foresight Friday Interpretation:

Welcome back, friends! I hope everyone had a great Solstice, and that you were all able to survive this week's heatwave. I'm not gonna lie, I was struggling!

The worst of the heat seems to be over now, soooo I'm able to concentrate on the matter at hand: This week's reading.

Since it's been as hot as dragon's breath this week (and Season 2 of House of the Dragon has started), I thought I'd use the newest addition to my tarot hoard: The Game of Thrones Tarot! (I know, it came out YEARS ago, but I just came across it about a month ago and had to have it.)

After quite a long shuffle... with incense smoke blowing into my eyes... the card that has presented itself to us this week is: The 3 of Spears in the reversed position.

The 3 of Spears card from The Game of Thrones tarot in the reversed position.

Depicted on this card is Petyr Baelish,  surrounded by 3 spears, as he observes a fleet of ships from atop the cliffs before the Battle of Blackwater Bay.

Upright, this would be a card of action, success, and manifestation; indicating that everything has gone according to plan.

Reversed, it means we've had some... hiccups. What's that line from the Burns poem "To a Mouse"?

Oh, right: "The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry".

Things have gone a bit wonky. Communication might be the issue...or it could mean that the original plan was a bit too complicated.

We may be feeling a tad isolated or unsupported as we try to figure out where things got off track.

It's like we're stuck out in the middle of a giant, motionless body of water with no means to get our boat moving.

We should be wary of getting too bogged down by those thoughts though... sulking won't help.

We need to just pause, take a deep breath, and find a way to keep going.

Finding a simpler way to go about things should help us avoid any further glitches in the future.

Until Next Time, Pixilators!
