My Foresight Friday Interpretation:

Howdy, Peeps! Welcome to September! Autumn is almost here, and I gotta say, I'm really looking forward to it. This Pixie was made for 70 degree weather, not 90.

Last week's reading was all about Memory Lane...it would seem that, for me personally,  it was more about trying not to get lost trying to retrieve verrrry recent memories (Meaning it's been a rough week for my ADHD 😬). So, cross your fingers and hope I can make my synapses fire long enough for me to write this. 😂

This week's card from Disney's Hocus Pocus tarot is: The Wheel...Of...Fortune!!!

Depicted on this card is Dani, cuddled up with Binx, in Billy's grave which is encircled in a ring of salt.

The Wheel of Fortune card from Disney's Hocus Pocus Tarot.

This is some pretty good symbolism, in my opinion. Up until this point in the movie Fate and the Sanderson Sisters have thrown one unexpected thing after another at our gang of heroes. Lots of quick thinking on their part has kept them in the game.

Whether upright or reversed, this card is more about how we handle what The Wheel throws at us, rather than what it's throwing.

Now, don't get me wrong, this card being upright is totally awesome. It means that fate has some good things to fling at us in the coming week. The thing is, they won't necessarily be presented to us in a neatly wrapped package...I'm thinking it'll be more like things being shot at us out of a t-shirt cannon. LOL

There's echoes of something William Shakespeare once wrote:

“Fortune brings in some boats that are not steered.”

So, how do we handle Fortune's boats careening towards us down the River of Life without anyone at the controls? Our biggest hints are right there in the imagery of the card itself.

The ring of salt and the grave tell us we need to stay grounded and anchored in our spirituality.

Dani represents our need to be relatively fearless while remaining open to the possibilities of any given moment.

While our furry friend Binx is a nod to us being able to be quick on our feet (metaphorically or literally) - as well as our ability to bounce back when we're not as swift as we should have been.

Basically, we need to be prepared for anything. If we're ready to act, grab our goodies, and get the hell out of the way we can let The Wheel of Fortune keep on rollin' to its next lucky recipient.

Until Next Time, Pixilators!

Wishing You Peace, Love, & Pixie Dust
