My Foresight Friday Interpretation:

Spring has officially sprung here in the Northern Hemisphere, and that makes me think of bunnies, so naturally I was drawn to use The Sidhe Oracle of the Fleeting Hare this week.

So what do our long-eared friends have to tell us this week? Let’s find out…

The Solitary Hare has presented himself to us today. He is here to help us to acknowledge our losses, and to properly honor them. 

We must realize that solitude, even that which has been involuntarily thrust upon us, does not have to mean loneliness. We can draw strength from the memories of the things and loved ones that we’ve had to let go of; for that which we loved about them is never really gone; they have touched and changed us, and as a result have forever become a part of us.

Becoming greater attuned with our Higher Self, in turn makes us greater attuned to The Universe at large.

The rune Algiz makes an appearance on this card. Its presence is indicative of protection and is an acknowledgement of the courage it takes to forge ahead on our personal Journeys.

Our connection and attunement helps us to protect our interests, our hearts, as well as those we hold dear. This then enables us to continue upon our Path.

This card doesn’t mean we must spend all of our time in solitude, but it does indicate that we should be making a concerted effort to carve out some time for ourselves to focus on whatever our Higher Self indicates we should be paying attention to.

So, let’s hop on into our own little private spot in the woods (be it literal or figurative) and reconnect with the one being we can never get rid of: Ourselves.
