Foresight Friday: Don't Freak Out, Just Keep Chillin'

My Foresight Friday Interpretation: 

Hopefully this past week was able to shed some light on a few things for everyone, while allowing some time to rest and recharge.

This week is another one for keeping a low profile, and trying to remain low key. Our initial reactions to the events of the week may make us want to freak out, or act impulsively...but now is not the time for that.

Eireen appears to assure us that although things seem and feel chaotic, there is a plan that has been set in motion by the Divine. Relax and trust in the Divine love that surrounds us all.

Taking time to breathe in deeply, exhale our worries, and acknowledge the blessings that are currently in our life will be very important in the coming week.

An attitude of gratitude can help draw even more blessings our way, or at the very least, help us to cope if things feel like they're falling apart. 

A focus on self-care, meditation, and gratitude is what will be required in order to achieve much needed Peace.

Don't be ashamed to reach out to others if needed...just because we need to lay low, doesn't mean we have to do it without support.

Giving ourselves up to The Universe, and allowing ourselves to be nurtured and cared for - whether by others or through self-care - is what will bring us peace.
