My Foresight Friday Interpretation:

Happy Friday, Pixilators! The Full Harvest Moon was just 2 days ago, so I was drawn to pull today’s card from my recently acquired Moonology Oracle Cards. The card that quite literally jumped out as I was shuffling: New Moon in Libra.

I admit that I was a little “Ummm…WHAT?” when I saw the basic message of the card speaking of a new romantic cycle. I mean, the only New Romantic anything that this Pixie is interested in is Duran Duran! LOL But, I digress…

Turns out this card is more about relationships in general. It CAN mean a new love interest is on the horizon, but I’m feeling that it’s got more to do with “fresh starts” this time around.

New Moon in Libra tells us it may be time for a compromise. We must negotiate - or renegotiate - the terms of a given relationship; whether it be related to romance, family, career, or friendship.

This card suggests that whomever we need to communicate with will be open to doing so, but we must take caution not to be selfish in our dealings, as this is a time to focus on “we” not “me”.

Keep in mind that Libra is about balance. Compromise doesn’t mean “give them everything they want to avoid conflict”; it’s about give and take.

Like Space Mom (aka: Carrie Fisher) once said “Everything is negotiable. Whether or not the negotiation is easy is another thing.”

This is also a good time for us to reach out to others and let them know we care. Considering that our national - and international - climates are rife with division, a kind word or gesture would likely be much appreciated.
